He is a Senior Water Resource Engineer/Hydrologist with 14 years of experience, currently working at eWater Group Australia. Previously, he worked with the Murray Darling Basin Authority Australia, the Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) in Pakistan, and the National Engineering Services of Pakistan (NESPAK) for almost 8 years. During this time, he contributed to World Bank and Asian Development Bank-funded projects, including the Dasu Dam Project, the Sindh Water Sector Improvement Project, and the Water Sector Capacity Building of the Indus Basin.

He earned his Ph.D. in Water Resource Engineering from the University of Wollongong through the prestigious International Postgraduate Tuition Award (IPTA) scholarship awarded by the Australian Federal Government.

He is a dedicated professional with approximately 14 years of experience in Construction Management and Contracts Management. He also possesses extensive expertise in the procurement of services and works under the framework of standard bidding procedures established by the Pakistan Engineering Council, PPRA Federal, PPRA Punjab, and donor agencies such as the World Bank Group and the Asian Development Bank.
